The annual festival that brings together the vibrant worldwide community of Sherry-lovers in a myriad of innovative and inspirational global events, both online and offline.
APRIL 2021 - BODEGA WILLAMS & HUMBERT - JEREZ
This is a spirit born of two cultures, brought together by time. Generations of rum-producing heritage in Guyana and Barbados culminate in the perfect blend, aged for five years and ready for its journey to Spain.
The ageing is done applying the same traditional ‘Criadera and Solera System’ used in the Jerez-Sherry region for the past 200 years. The rum moves slowly from one row of casks to another until it reaches the lowest and is ready for bottling.
